TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General

  • By renting a vehicle from Systum Drives Rentals, the Renter agrees to comply with all Terms & Conditions mentioned below.
  • Systum Drives Rentals reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking without explanation if necessary.
  • The Renter shall be fully responsible for the vehicle from the moment it is handed over until it is returned and inspected by Systum Drives Rentals.

2. Eligibility & Documents

  • The Renter must be 21 years of age or above for Two-Wheelers and 22 years for Four-Wheelers.
  • The Renter must provide: Valid Driving Licence (Indian or International), Aadhaar Card or any valid government ID proof.
  • The person collecting the vehicle must be the same person whose documents are submitted. Use of another person's documents is strictly prohibited.

3. Vehicle Inspection Before Departure

  • The Renter must make a complete 360° video recording of the vehicle before departure to protect both parties from future misunderstandings regarding scratches, dents, or damages.
  • Any existing scratches, dents, or damages must be informed and acknowledged before leaving with the vehicle.

4. Vehicle Condition & Cleanliness

  • Vehicles are provided in clean condition and must be returned in the same manner.
  • Excessively dirty vehicles may attract cleaning charges.
  • Maintaining cleanliness helps both parties properly identify any fresh scratches or damages and avoid disputes.

5. Fuel Policy

  • Fuel expenses are entirely the responsibility of the Renter.
  • The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at the time of pickup.
  • If returned with less fuel, refuelling charges will be applied based on the current market rate.

6. Damage, Accident & Liability

  • The Renter shall be fully responsible for any accident, damage, theft, loss, or misuse occurring while the vehicle is under their custody.
  • In case of damage, the Renter must pay: Full repair cost, any unpaid/rental amount, garage holding charges for the total number of days the vehicle remains under repair and unavailable for business.
  • Traffic fines, challans, penalties, or legal violations during the rental period shall be borne entirely by the Renter.
  • The Renter must immediately inform Systum Drives Rentals in case of any accident or major issue.

7. Vehicle Usage Restrictions

  • The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, for racing, towing, or reckless driving, or driven by any unauthorized driver.
  • Smoking or carrying hazardous materials inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

8. Company Rights

  • Systum Drives Rentals reserves the right to repossess the vehicle without notice if any Terms & Conditions are violated.
  • Systum Drives Rentals may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time when required.

9. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall fall under the jurisdiction of Guwahati courts only.

Late fine applicable ₹150/- per hour & after 6 hours full day charge.
